The school’s Governing Board is personally responsible for confirming new appointments teaching staff in both the primary and post-primary sections of the school. Every effort is made to employ seasoned, responsible and qualified staff members who appear best able to discharge their duties with integrity and commitment to the school’s mission. All applications are screened and a data bank is retained for promising applicants.The school adheres to a strict interpretation of the conditions of service for staff, and proven cases of dereliction of duty and lack of commitment are summarily dispensed with. Remuneration is productivity based and in line with market trends. Regular premiums and incentives are offered to outstanding teachers and other members of staff to encourage excellence.
